How to apply a body cream

   Apply to slightly damp skin

   Straight after a shower, pat rather than rub dry. A cream spreads further and absorbs better on skin that is not bone dry.

   Dot before you spread

   Place several small dots across the area first, then spread. You will use less than if you start from one large blob.

   Long strokes up the limbs are the traditional direction for body massage and make coverage easy to track.

   Give it a moment

   Let the cream absorb before dressing so it stays on you rather than on your clothes.
